I'm Rachel Hargrave - though most people just call me Rach. I've spent over fifteen years helping ambitious business owners and entrepreneurs win the recognition they deserve, first as an award writer, and now as something a bit different: an Awards & Honours Strategist.

That shift matters more than you may think. Early on, most of my work was volume-based - write the entry, submit it, move on to the next client. It worked, but it wasn't the best version of what I could offer. Over time I realised the founders and entrepreneurs who won consistently weren't the ones with the best-written entries. They were the ones who'd been guided into the right award, the right category, at the right moment in their business - long before a word was even drafted.

So that's what I do now. I work with a smaller number of founders and entrepreneurs at a time, going deeper into their business and their story, building a genuine strategy rather than simply producing an award nomination or entry document. It's less transactional, and it's a better way to actually win.
