1. About these terms

These terms apply to anyone browsing this website, operated by Rachel Hargrave Limited t/a Rachel Hargrave Unlimited (company registration number 5506158, registered office Office 8, London House, 11 Maengwyn Street, Machynlleth, Powys, SY20 8AA). They cover use of the site itself. If you engage me for awards strategy or UK Honours nomination support, that work is governed by my separate Terms & Conditions of Service, issued alongside your proposal following a discovery call.

  • All content on this website - including text, branding, and the Rachel Hargrave Unlimited logo - is owned by Rachel Hargrave Limited t/a Rachel Hargrave Unlimited unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
  • I've taken care to keep this site accurate, but information (including package pricing) may change without notice - always confirm current details on a discovery call.
  • Links to external sites (such as the UK Honours System or awarding bodies) are provided for convenience. I'm not responsible for the content of external sites.

3. My services

I offer four package tiers - Foundation, Accelerate, Amplify, and Elevate. Full details of scope and pricing are in my Packages and Pricing document, and every engagement begins with a discovery call. The specific terms of any engagement - fees, payment, cancellation, confidentiality, IP, and liability - are set out in my Terms & Conditions of Service, issued with your proposal, not on this website.

4. No guarantee of outcome

I bring genuine strategic expertise to every engagement, but I cannot and do not guarantee that any award entry will be shortlisted or won, or that any UK Honours nomination will be successful. Final decisions rest entirely with the relevant judging panels, committees, or Secretariat, whose processes I do not control.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
