Discovery call bookings (Cal.com)

When you book a discovery call, my booking provider, Cal.com, collects your name, email address, and any details you provide about the meeting. Cal.com acts as a data processor on my behalf - see their own privacy policy for how they handle this information.

Course waitlist

  • Name
  • Email address

I do not collect payment details directly through this website, as all packages are agreed and invoiced following a discovery call.

Pathway guide requests (Awards and Honours pages)

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Which pathway you're interested in (e.g. a specific King's Award for Enterprise category, a UK Honours nomination, or an Honorary Doctorate nomination)

3. How I use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss whether we're a good fit to work together
  • To schedule and manage discovery calls and any subsequent client work
  • To let you know when my courses become available, if you've joined the waitlist
  • To send you a pathway guide or the Enter to Win workbook, if you've requested one
  • To meet my own legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations

I do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and I do not use your details for marketing you haven't asked for.

  • Contract - where processing is necessary to deliver a service you've engaged me for

I share limited data with the following third parties, only as needed to run the service:

  • Cal.com - for booking and managing discovery calls
  • My website hosting provider - to keep the site running
  • Capsule - my CRM, used to keep track of enquiries and client relationships

I do not share your information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

I keep enquiry and waitlist information only for as long as it's needed to respond to you or deliver the service requested, or as required for my legal and accounting obligations, after which it's deleted or anonymised.

  • Ask me to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask me to delete your data
  • Object to how I'm using your data
